Business Owner Mentoring

Two levels of mentoring are available for business owners who want specific, actionable solutions… a detailed roadmap to follow that is monitored and updated several times a year. Each program requires a minimum 12 month commitment.

Business Owner Breakthrough Gold


For businesses with revenues of $10 million+, whose owners are looking for market domination and breakthrough results in specific targeted areas of their business.

Program includes…

  • Prior to meeting, complete and submit a detailed Confidential Business Analysis and other pertinent information as requested.
  • All submitted materials reviewed, analyzed, and evaluated personally by Millard Grubb, and preliminary strategies are formulated.
  • Meet personally one-on-one with Millard Grubb four times per year – one day each quarter in Branson, Missouri. A second person (partner, manager, assistant, etc.) from the same company may also attend.
  • Through an interview, discussion, and brainstorming process, ideas, strategies, and systems are developed and a defined Action Plan is created to guide the company on an intended path for the accomplishment of determined goals and objectives over the next three months.
  • The entire session is recorded, transcribed, and sent to the client.
  • If applicable, forms, tables, charts, and processes that were discussed are created and provided to the client.
  • Meetings are scheduled at regular 3-month intervals to discuss progress, re-evaluate, and formulate new strategies for the next quarter.
  • Twice each month at predetermined times, teleconferences are held to discuss progress and challenges. Recordings are made and provided to the client.

Business Owner Breakthrough Platinum
  • Prior to meeting, complete and submit a detailed Confidential Business Analysis and other pertinent information as requested.
  • All submitted materials reviewed, analyzed, and evaluated personally by Millard Grubb, and preliminary strategies are formulated.
  • Meet personally one-on-one with Millard Grubb four times per year.
  • The meetings for the first and third quarters are two-day sessions with Millard Grubb visiting the client’s facilities
  • Day one is spent touring the facilities, visiting with key employees, and getting an insider’s view of the operation. A key staff training meeting is held late in the afternoon of that day.
  • Day two is spent one-on-one with the business owner and/or his or her assigns in a discussion, brainstorming, and strategy session to develop a track to run on for the next quarter.
  • For the second and fourth quarter meetings, the business owner will come to Branson, Missouri for a one-day, one-on-one meeting with Millard Grubb. A second person (partner, manager, etc.) from the same company may also attend.
